2009-06-24: Finnish Housing Fair opens on top of ICM -systems

ICM Project and ICM Customer have been the back bone of the it-system when a several years long project around the Finnish Housing Fair 2009 in Valkeakoski has been kept on track. This multi-faceted project has concentrated all the internal and external information management around ICM’s solutions. The system has gathered the project organisation as well as the contractors, builders, material suppliers and even the final inhabitants of the area to share information on one single platform. 2009-05-20: Project5 technology platform gathers great reviews

The new core of the ICM’s systems, a technology platform by the name Project5, has been in pilot use with many key customers and the user experience has been extremely positive all across these organisations. This new platform will progress to be used in all new system deliveries starting in August. Project5 bring along an improved user interface, faster response times and brand new modules to various areas of the system, including work flow management and task assignment.

2009-04-28: ICM:n HourManagement now available through Heeros

ICM HourManagement is now available for the general public. Heeros Systems Ltd has launched a new product by the name Heeros Calenda which is a tool for keeping track of the working hours in the organisations. This is especially useful when the hours are tied to certain projects and need to be invoiced accordingly. Heeros Calenda has been integrated with their Heeros Venda billing system, which enables invoicing to be based directly on the working hour data. Heeros Calenda offers an exceptionally easy to understand graphic interface that helps to figure out the daily and weekly resource allocation in an straightforward manner. Heeros is an expert in the web-based financial management solutions for different-sized organisations. The company started its operations in year 2000 and is the leader in its segment in Finland. The company has developed the Heeros –product group that comprises of a set of integrated tools for the financial management. Heeros Systems offers their solutions to the market either directly or through the partnering accounting firms.

2009-03-25: ICM ContractManagement - new application to the law firms

ICM -product family has grown with a new member. ICM ContractManagement -application is targeted to expert organizations like law firms. This new application makes it easy to share and manage in a folder based model all the contracts, where starting date, signing date, notice periods, contact persons and other parameters and easily accessible and in control of all the parties in question.

2009-02-18: Project integrates with HourManagement

The integration between ICM Project and ICM HourManagement has been completed. From now on, ICM Project discusses seamlessly on a system level with ICM HourManagement and thus enables Project's resource allocation data to be transferred for instance to invoicing.

2009-01-15: Technology platform update

ICM has announced the next technology leap in the core technology platform of its systems. This internal development project goes by the code name Project5. Technology platform will undergo a series of major updates which will be seen by the users as a new, fresh user interface as well as shorter response times and a whole range of new modules. In addition, the organizations will benefit from new features that are being added to work flow management and task sharing. Update will be completed during the spring and the implementations to the clients are expected to start in May.

2008-05-23: Real time chat and videoconferencing available as plug-ins to ICM products

As an additional service ICM is now offering a secure way to real time chat, videoconferencing and sharing of the work space (comparable to for instance Skype). Our solution is based on IBM Lotus Sametime -product that has millions of users worldwide.

2008-04-30: New strategic partner: Credible Consulting Ltd

The latest addition to ICM strategic partnership program, Credible Consulting Ltd, is a consulting company in the area of strategic financial management services. Our co-operation targets to develop new applications to this specific business segment.

Kimmo Sundgren starts in a new position as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

2008-03-03: ICM Finland to establish a subsidiary in UK

ICM Finland has announced the opening of a daughter company in United Kingdom in the West Midlands region. The practicalities regarding the company formation has been contracted to EBS European Business Solutions Ltd. EBS has assisted Nordic companies in UK since 1991 (www.ebs.ltd.uk). The subsidiary in United Kingdom serves as a link to local clients as well as to venture capitalists.
